In this episode Arthur and Endora clearly state that they are brother and sister. Endora also says that "up until Arthur was born, she was an only child."
When Uncle Arthur sees the house that Endora has made to magically appear, he refers to her as "The Madame Lafarge of all time". That is a reference to the infamous Marie Lafarge, a 17th century French woman who was convicted of murdering her husband with arsenic.
Endora's house that keeps popping in and out was Steve Baxter's house in the fifth season of Hazel (1961). Some refer to this as the "Skeffington House" from The Last Hurrah (1958).

Endora's house, which keeps appearing and disappearing in this episode, is known as the Skeffington House on the Columbia Ranch lot. Its exterior was used in the very first episode as Sheila Sommers's house. The Skeffington House is not on the corner across from the Stephens home, but on the other side of the park at Columbia Ranch.
