Just when you think you've seen everything, something unique comes along. A gangster type who strikes fear into everyone, fall from an upper story of his mansion, and breaks his neck and bleeds out. He is a big, ugly guy with a beautiful wife. It is she who finds him. He is quite powerful which leads to some serious restraints in the investigation. But what follows is something else. It runs out that his daily practice is to dress up in diapers and sleep in a giant crib. He is reliving being a baby. No spoilers but things are about as bizarre as possible. It's certainly interesting. Catherine gets on Ecklie's bad side when the photo card is taken from her camera during the investigation, potentially damaging the investigation.

When the wealthy casino owner Bruce Eiger is found dead on the front steps of his mansion, Ecklie assigns the entire team to the case. They investigate whether Bruce has jumped, felt or was pushed off the second floor. In the autopsy, Dr. Robbins finds that Bruce was sodomite, with repeated insertions into his rectum. When they find a secret compartment in Bruce's mansion, they are forced to understand the bizarre world of Infantilism.
"King Baby" is a bizarre episode of "CSI" based on sick people that suffers of Infantilism. I had no idea of this sick world and although the episode is well-developed, it is also very unpleasant. My vote is seven.
