Diane finds a house that she wants to live in with Sam and even puts a deposit before talking to him. He agrees and they come to buy it and run into the old couple that lived there before. After meeting them Diane can't imagine live in that house anymore because she feels bad for them. Frasier suggest they give that old couple a chance to spend their last Christmas there to make it a closure.
Yes, I didn't like Diane in this episode. I already didn't like how she made a Deposit without asking Sam and how easily he let it go. but the whole thing with not wanting the house also made her stupid, she is not like that, she is annoying but not as dumb. But I must say I liked the Christmas, funny parts, especially the kids. And the best part was when Cheers gang comes to congratulate them on the house and Diane is hysterical.
