When Saunders is getting water from a bucket in the room where the Germans are sleeping, another German walks in and is attacked and killed and there is no ladle by the bucket. After Saunders, Kirby and Caje leave, an officer comes in and there is a ladle by the bucket.
When Saunders jumps into the truck after setting fire to the fuel, his helmet falls to the ground and is left behind. In the next shot of Saunders in the truck, he has a helmet on his head.
The rubble outside the barred cellar window where Saunders and the rest are hiding keeps changing.
As Littlejohn rescues Billy by picking him up off the bed, the blanket is wrapped around Billy's waist and down his legs. As they are leaving the building, the blanket is fully wrapped around Billy even though there was no time to stop and change its position.
While caring for Billy, Littlejohn is holding a canteen in his left hand and realizes it is empty. He takes a step to Saunders and tells him that he is out of water, but now the canteen is gone and his left hand is holding the cloth he had been using to wipe Billy's forehead.
Even though they suspect Billy is liable to start screaming in pain if he regains consciousness, he is awakened to be given water as soon as Saunders, Kirby and Caje get back with it, even though the Germans are in the next room looking for them.
When Saunders blows up the fuel dump and there are several major explosions, the doctor doesn't react at all. He just keeps writing his report.
