When Daria gets the results of her job aptitude test she tries to keep them quiet; and given that they suggest her ideal job would be working as a mortician who can blame her! When her mother finds out she decides that Daria needs to work on her interpersonal skills; this gives her a choice between getting a job or getting counselling. Initially she decides on the counselling but when she discovers that the 'counsellor' is Tiffany from the fashion club she decides to give work a chance... of course she can just claim to have looked for a job and failed... or so she thought; Jake pulls some strings and gets her a job selling nuts in the mall... where she discovers Kevin will be working alongside her. Quinn has got a job too; she is working at a pet shop but not surprisingly it ends in disaster.
The results of Daria's test were fairly amusing although she doesn't seem that antisocial; it did however lead to some funny moments; I laughed at Tiffany's inability to read her notes even though I'm not sure one should find illiteracy funny. Daria and Quinn's jobs both provided some good laughs; Daria's because of how seriously her boss took the more trivial aspects of nut selling and Quinn's because she was so incompetent. The highlight of the episode was seeing how Jane manipulated Daria's mother to get her out of the job... a job well done by Jane!
