Before the episode begins, Rob and Laura apparently had an argument and Rob left to cool off. However, while he was gone he had a series of misadventures...including getting hit in the face by a lawn jockey statue! But he didn't do anything wrong or illegal...which is odd as the police later contact him, saying they want to talk to him about allegedly punching some lady in a bar! He can't prove he wasn't there, as during the time in question, he was sitting in a drive-in theater...and not even watching the movie. Too may coincidences make things look bad for Rob. Can he clear all this up or is he destined to be spending time in the big house?
Considering this isn't the final episode of "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and subsequent episodes aren't set in prison, you can safely assume Rob was able to extricate himself from this situation.
Overall, this is an enjoyable episode...with a few laughs and Rob NOT going to prison!
