A fine end to the first series.

The Factory is in real trouble, it's lost an order and struggling, what's worse Tony is off, in steps the tyrannical Nicola Bodeux, who has very different ideas on how to run the canteen.

The final episode of series one, and it's a decent episode, not the funniest, but it has some good bits. We learn how close the team are, and we get to see how much chaos one new person can cause. It's very skilfully written, I wish they'd ended the series with the previous episode, the Christmas party episode, it had a very end of series feel.

Wood at her very best, she is outstanding here. It's been a wonderful first series.

Stan gets his moment, as he puts Nicola in her place. 7/10.

Warning: Spoilers
In the Canteen Tony is missing for his Medical Test, and things are somewhat chaotic without him.

They ended up serving his temporary replacement, without realising it. She is totally officious expecting everything to be done by the book, while she just sits back and dishes out orders. She has absolutely no idea of how to deal with human beings, and manages to alianate everyone.

To secure an important business contract the Company, arranged an extra night shift to get the work done.

The Dinner Ladies vanish one by one rather than work with, the "Cow of catering" in her "Deep fried Dictatorship".

But they changed their minds when she suddenly, decided to depart for pastures Northern.
