The guest star literally rocks!

Wow! I'm watching this right now and just discovered Kid Colt is Johnny Cash! I love the man and his voice adds volumes to any TV episode for sure. His guest appearance in Columbo is among my memories as he portrayed one of the more innocent killers for that series. Johnny Cash as a retiring lawman... Wow...

That aside - I jumped in to this page to write a review not because I had to get off my chest some Johnny Cash appreciation, but because I loved the trick in the first act of the episode. There was something fish for sure, but the writers have provided quite a fine twist on what to suspect, making the plot more interesting.

As a hater of that exploitation series, Sex and the City, I didn't enjoy to notice one of its people as a guest in this Thanksgiving episode.

Though the overall tone is a bit too soft, even for TV from 25 years ago, this is one fine chapter worth a watch.

Anytime Johnny Cash sings is great

Typical ep but extra special with Johnny and June Cash. We get a song by Johnny that is "right nice". The second story line is about how Thanksgiving gives and takes with being a special time to be with family and whether that is enough by itself.
