Sully admits that after Abigail's death he enlisted into the army. Time lines do not add up. In previous episodes Abigail's grave marker says 1839-1865. While Dr Mike and Sully are looking for proof of who is setting him up. Dr Mike quotes a paper that Sully was to report to duty on June 20 1863. How could this be as Sully was married and living in Colorado Springs, CO in 1863.
Sully supposedly deserted from the Army of the Potomac but that unit was disbanded in 1865. Sully's wife Abagail died in 1865, so he could not have enlisted with them after her death as he claimed.
The script has Sully as a second Luetinant. The script also has Sully stated that he enlisted. As an enlisted man, he would not have been an officer.
The number of luggage pieces the family travels with does not match all the changes of dresses, suits and hats seen in Washington.
It was not explained how Sully got his buckskins out of the prison, or how the luggage got off the kids' train home.
Matthew has 171 head of cattle in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He does not seem worried about them nor does he talk about selling them. Correction: In the first part of the two part episode, Matthew says that Jon (Ingrid's brother) can look after his cattle. There was no need to be worried about them.
