It's a question of who is going to get to the extortionist first!

Way jean died--kind of dumb extortion--did jean wrongly accuse someone or not? husbadn wants revenge extorting wives of servicemen

Curtis Stone is scum. Regardless of his reasons, he makes money by extorting money out of very vulnerable women...women whose husbands are serving in the military overseas. When the story begins, he harasses one of these women over the phone and she's so distraught that she falls off her balcony to her death. It happens that her husband is returning from the Vietnam War the following day and, no surprise, he decides to investigate the case himself, as he feels Stone deserves death and the law probably won't see it that way.

I liked 98% of this episode....it was very original and enjoyable to watch. However, the death early in the episode was handled poorly and seemed very fake. Still, a good episode overall.
