- Miss Shadrock: Well, now, gentlemen, I want you to imagine you're at a ball and you want to ask me for a dance. You first, Mr. Rubble.
- Barney Rubble: Uh, um, Miss Shadrock, uh, it's, uh, been a nice day. Uh, uh, uh, h-hope it doesn't rain. Uh, uh, uh, oh, shucks, lady. I can't dance.
- Miss Shadrock: That's all right, Mr. Rubble. Now you try it, Mr. Flintstone.
- Fred Flintstone: Uh, hiya, baby. How's about shaking a leg with old hot stuff Freddie?
- Miss Shadrock: Oh, Mr. Flintstone! I'm surprised you didn't get slapped for an approach like that.
- Fred Flintstone: Oh, I did, Miss Shadrock. I got a lot of slaps. Come to think of it, I got a lot of dancing, too.
- Doorman: [announcing Fred and Wilma's arrival] Mr. and Mrs. Gallstone.
- Fred Flintstone: That's Flintstone, buster. Flint! Flint!
- Doorman: I still think you have more gall than flint.
- Fred Flintstone: Oooh, you are asking for it, Charlie.
- Wilma Flintstone: I sure pulled a boo boo this morning, Betty.
- Betty Rubble: How come, Wilma?
- Wilma Flintstone: Oh, I casually mentioned that we were going shopping today to Fred.
- Betty Rubble: Oh. That explains all the screaming and yelling I heard at your place.
- Wilma Flintstone: I guess the whole neighborhood heard it.
- Betty Rubble: [giggles] I guess I'm lucky. I told Barney and he didn't say a word.
- Wilma Flintstone: He didn't?
- Betty Rubble: Not a word. Just turned white, clutched his throat, gasped a few times, and fainted.
- Wilma Flintstone: Well, at least Barney is quiet about it. Fred always turns red, starts screaming, and starts showing me the check stubs.
- Front Desk Lady: [when Fred and Barney arrive at the Bedrock Charm School] Come in, gentlemen.
- Fred Flintstone: Uh, eh, after you, friend.
- Barney Rubble: Au contrary. After you, buddy.
- Fred Flintstone: No, after you!
- Barney Rubble: And I said, after you!
- Fred Flintstone: You want me to slug you?
- Barney Rubble: You try it, Fred, and I'll give you a fat lip!
- Fred Flintstone: I'll give you another chance, Barney. After me.
- Front Desk Lady: Gentlemen, gentlemen. May I suggest you both come in together? I can see you just made it in time. You both need lots of help.
