Once again Graeme Garden is the mad scientist. This time he does not want to have different breeds of dogs. He wants to have cross breeds and it is not with other dogs.
Graeme has dogs bred with bats, with furniture, even with an oven. A real Frankenfido of a dog that he hopes can win at Crufts.
Only Tim Brooke-Taylor goes one better by getting Bill to dress up like a dog. At Crufts Bill assembles a car and later he even enters Mastermind. He woofs down the competition.
It is another silly episode, slightly surreal but with more emphasis on zany fun. The ending might be regarded as avantgarde for the 1970s.
