Sad Reminder
ladee-4686623 January 2024
This episode is a sad reminder of the ugliness of racism but it also shows there are many nice people. I learned years ago that those who hate people because of they are different are usually very insecure people and have self-hate.

We still have the problem in 2024 but people speak out more against the hate-filled people.

As far as the episode is concerned, it was a good episode. However, the actress playing the daughter looks too old to be in high school. They did try to make her look younger with the "pre-teen" clothing for the era but it didn't really work. I'm sure it's fair to say that the pool of actresses of Asian descent was even more limited in the 1980's.

Poignant and still revelant today.

One of my favourite episodes in the series.

A sad reminder of the racism that still exist in the world. I could never understand how somebody could hate another human being based on how they look or where they are from.

Made me tear up when Jonathan spoke about love curing hatred. I wish we could all be like him.
