What price fidelity? Would you let your spouse die rather than admit that they may have been unfaithful? Is fidelity an unforgivable crime? These questions come up as a woman (Myndy Crist) is diagnosed with African Sleeping sickness. The problem is that neither she nor her husband have been to Africa. So one had to be unfaithful. Which one? House (Hugh Laurie) is again trying different treatments as people lie to him. Someone has to come clean. Then they have to deal with the aftereffects. Can you remain with a spouse that cheated on you? Is love incapable of dealing with a mistake? The story of fidelity raises some very interesting questions.

I wouldn't disagree on him leaving her. Would anyone else ?

And even though you didn't hear what she told him, perhaps she told who she was screwing around with. If she said it was her husbands perhaps best friend, I could never have been able to life on with it.

Even from watching the start of the episode and the way his friend was talking, I couldn't see one good thing in the friend compared to the husband.

Well... who wouldn't leave her ? Btw, i vote 9 for this season, cause it did surely touch me that it could turn up "HATE" in me. Anyway, who wouldn't come up with being unfaithful to survive an illness ? I was actually looking for her husband to throw in a few punches on his friend in the last scene.
