House misspelled "hemorrhage" on his white board as "hemorrage", but the next time we see the board it is spelled correctly.
In the scene where Dr. Foreman is ultra-sounding the patient's head he holds the ultra-sound device to the left side of her head, at which point she wakes up. A panned out shot immediately following shows Dr. Foreman pressing the device up to the right side.
In addition to the difference in white-board spelling of "hemorrhage" from one scene to the next, the spelling of "intercranial" is also corrected to "intracranial" as the adjective describing that hemorrhage on the white board.
When Mary is in the pool finishing her descent, her hair is loose. But when she comes out of the water, her hair is in a bun.
At the very beginning, there is a close up shot of her feet getting into position with her heels off the edge of the diving platform. In the next shot, when the camera pulls away, her feet are still fully on the dive platform, and then she moves into the same heels off the edge position again.
Many of the doctors, including Chase and Foreman, can be seen assessing patients for meningitis without changing gloves or washing their hands between patients. This is a violation of standard precautions all hospitals use to prevent disease transmission.
In the swim meet sequence, the diving scores are announced as "5-8, 5-9..." and the judges are shown writing the scores down.
Diving is scored in half points. Judges' scores would be read as "5, 5 and a half..." from cards that the judges hold up.

When House is sitting alone at his office with names of diseases written on his board, "Hemorrhage" can be seen spelled wrong as "Hemorrage".
House's second interview to replace Cameron is Dr. Petra Gilmar. He rejects her because she wore high heels rather than have the sense to wear comfortable, sensible shoes. This despite the fact Cameron routinely wore heels to work, as seen in "Love Hurts" and "Three Stories." However, House is using trivial reasons for rejecting applicants because he doesn't really want to replace Cameron.
As Mary makes the jump in the opening scene, the difference between shots of her and of her stunt double are fairly obvious, especially as she flips in the water (fully developed breasts, rather than the buds the girl has).
When House goes to the pharmacy to ask for pills he just prescribed to a patient, you can clearly see the hinge and part of the pole holding the boom mic. (But the mic proper isn't visible, which is why I chose Crew/equipment visible instead of boom mic visible.)
