When Ted, Marshall and Lily are calling Barney to find out what happened, they hear the phone ringing in the bathroom and go to find Barney in the bathtub. As the viewer sees Lily open the bathroom door from the outside, the doorknob is to the right. Seconds later, when the viewer sees them enter the bathroom, the doorknob is to the left.
When Trudy is in the bathroom washing her hands and talking to Ted, in certain shots we can easily see the backside of the sink. However this reveals the sink is not against a wall, proving that it is not actually a working sink.
(at around 5 mins) Ted says the next thing he remembers is waking up the following morning. When the camera pans to his bedside table it is either 12:53 or 2:53; neither of which would qualify as morning as there is quite obviously light coming through his windows.
Anyone who has ever gone on a binge-drink until the wee hours knows that when they wake up, it's morning to them, regardless of what time it actually is. Among purveyors of bar life, "the next morning" is a turn of phrase, not a literal time point.
