The scenes at the park were shot on the Columbia Ranch lot. The fountain is the same one seen during the opening credits of Friends (1994). The fountain is now at the Warner Bros Studios.
When the fountain was at the Ranch, one side of the park borders the street the Nelson house is on, behind a line of trees on the side opposite the house (in earlier episodes a swimming pool sat on that side, directly across from that house, but had been filled in and turfed over by the time this episode was filmed).

Jeannie never wears her trademark pink harem outfit in this episode.
Jeannie (and then later Tony too) repeatedly says that the design for AGNES won't work because "the connective over extends into the jibran." This actually doesn't make any sense. Jibran is a boy's name in Arabic, meaning "reward."
In the final scene the toy company owner suggests Agne's fragility will mean more sales, planned obsolescence.
