  [Brain catches him, and lands safely] 

  Inspector Gadget : Go-Go Gadget save the day again.

• Inspector Gadget : [after being thrown overboard]  So, they wanna play rough, eh? Well, they're no match for Inspector Gadget! Go-Go Gadget legs! Whoa!

  [jumps through a window of the ship, slides across a long dinner table, falls through a window on the opposite side, and into the sea] 

• Inspector Gadget : [after falling backwards into a swimming pool, gurgling]  A remarkable recovery shows what an alert mind can do!

• Inspector Gadget : Penny, finish your breakfast and then off to school. I don't want you to be late.

  Penny : But, it's Saturday.

  Inspector Gadget : [interrupts]  Not a moment to lose, I've got to get to the boat. Claw will stop at nothing to get those jewels.

• Inspector Gadget : [whilst testing his gadgets, Gadget hits his head on the ceiling lamp, but manages to fix it afterwards with his Gadget hand holding a spare bulb]  Many hands make "light" work.

• Chief Quimby : Congratulations, Gadget. I don't know how you did it, but you did.

  Inspector Gadget : That makes two of us, Chief.

• Inspector Gadget : Just as I suspected. A highly suspicious situation with a highly suspicious group of people. I'll get to the bottom of it, or my name isn't Inspector Gadget!

• Inspector Gadget : [to a passenger, whom he suspects to be a M.A.D. agent]  A lot of nice jewellery here. Sure'd like to get my "claws" on 'em!

  [leans over to the passenger] 

  Posh passenger : Excuse me. I have to be somewhere else.

  Inspector Gadget : [almost falls over after the passenger walks away]  Not very friendly, I'll have to keep my eye on that one.

• [Gadget steps outside for a quick stretch, and then notices the bomb that was placed on the doorstep earlier by the M.A.D Milkman, but thinks it is just a ticking milk bottle] 

  Inspector Gadget : Hmm. Funny. This is the first ticking milk bottle I've ever seen. What will they think of next? Penny, here's the milk!

  [seconds later, Brain rushes out the door with the bomb, and throws it at the M.A.D Milkman, blowing him and his van up] 

• Chief Quimby : Remember, Gadget, no one must suspect you're on the boat. We don't want to upset the passengers.

  Inspector Gadget : Don't worry, Chief.

  Chief Quimby : And keep the message this time!

  Inspector Gadget : No, thanks, Chief. It's all in the old memory bank.

  [crumples up the message, and sure enough, throws it back to Chief Quimby] 

  Chief Quimby : Oh, no!

  [message blows up in Quimby's face] 

• [while Gadget is snooping around the docks, a seagull squawks loudly in his ear] 

  Inspector Gadget : [quietly]  Quiet! Shh! Go away, bird! Go find a chicken to play with, this is a top secret assignment!

• Penny : Brain, are you ready for some action?

  [Brain, disguised as a waiter, is in a tricky situation, dealing with the passengers] 

  Penny : What's the matter? Did you lose Uncle Gadget?

  [Brain nods his head with guilt] 

  Penny : Then you'd better find him. Dr. Claw's on board and he's about to steal the jewels.

  [sure enough, the lights go out and the passengers' jewels are stolen] 

  Inspector Gadget : Don't anyone move, I'm putting this entire ship under arrest!

• Inspector Gadget : [to Dr. Claw, after being tied to a crane hook]  You'll never get away with this!

  Dr. Claw : Save your breath, Gadget! You'll need it! Now, Inspector Gadget, you can't swim!

• Inspector Gadget : Let's see now. Where were you when the lights went out?

  Passenger : Right here.
