Ben Murphy fights for truth, justice and...
hindsonevansmike3 February 2021
Hollywood view of how DC politicians place the US military in impossible positions. Harm goes the extra mile (well, 1,200 miles actually) to track down the witness who makes the case. The Admiral flies the flag for the chain of command.

Mac re-unites with the former CO who sponsored her to law school. I *think* they called it "sponsoring"!

A fair/equitable outcome results from the case. SECNAV (original incarnation) puts in an appearance. Not certain much has changed in the 24 years since this episode was first aired (watched and reviewed in early 2021).

Interesting Character - Capt. Rita Chaidez

As best I can remember, Capt. Rita Chaidez was the only JA who ever stood up to Harm or Mac or Chegwidden.

Alas, this was the only episode that Capt. Rita Chaidez appeared in.

I would liked to have seen more of her - I liked the fireworks and crisp dialog.

Also, it is interesting to see a woman put in the part of reprimanding such high powered lawyers!

You just don't see good dialog on many shows or movies today - too much interest in special effects!

Of course, I am slightly biased. I went to high school with the actress who played the part, Kathleen Lloyd, nee Kathy Gackle!
