Not the best of this anthology series although it's better than the prior instalment. This one features a youthful performance from Anthony Higgins, best known for his role in VAMPIRE CIRCUS, and he impresses as a young man gifted with psychic powers which allow him to control the minds of other people. This one was written by David Campton who was a very good author, but this itself is strictly so-so. It lacks a bit of excitement and oomph despite a decent opening sequence, and Gerald Sim is wasted in a small role. However, I did like the quasi-romance between Higgins and the older American lady, which I think works well.
