This, IMO, is a standout episode of this series that showcases the series' ability to balance humor and heart. I like to see it, oddly, as a precursor to Breaking Bad, with Bobby finding himself making meth.
One of the highlights of the episode is the portrayal of Connie, who proves again to be a great character. While she often comes across as sweet and innocent, Connie reveals a strength and determination. Her determination and resourcefulness make her a compelling character, and her interactions with the other characters are always entertaining.
With its clever writing, memorable characters, and mix of humor and heart, it's easy to see why the show remains a beloved classic.
