This is a very old-fashioned love story. A rich woman hiding out in Rio De Janero is seduced by a charming and handsome man. Slowly we learn that they both have secrets. A mysterious third man is following them both.
The cutting of stock documentary footage with the Hollywood sets is a little disturbing and unrealistic, but the story is engrossing enough to let you forgive it. There are some nice and surprising twists towards the end.
