The Swanky Hankie
31 March 2006 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Laverne & Shirley go to a swanky boutique to browse, while looking at hankies Laverne accidentally puts one into her purse, and is caught by a security guard, and taken to jail. The owner of the shop insists that Lavern intended to steal the hankie, and presses charges. Shirley spends the evening praying to God to send help for Lavern. The man that presses charges swindles Shirley into a dinner with him where he tries to put the moves on her. Then at the jail, he decides to drop the charges, but only if Lavern admits to stealing the hankie. A very funny moment ensues, and Lavern is released.

On the funny scale i'd rate this one with 5 stars
