  Detective Robert Goren : [Goren picks up where Eames left off]  "I came in one Saturday, I found her in the bathroom, getting sick. "She was drunk, she was crying. "She told me she tried to kill herself in college by taking pills. "She said no one knew. "

  Detective Alexandra Eames : This is how Carmine let her down. He lied in his deposition, like a good company man, and he sank the Elversons' lawsuit

  Detective Robert Goren : But if he dies an apparent suicide because he felt guilty about lying

  ADA Ronald 'Ron' Carver : It might help the Elversons' lawsuit get back on track.

  Detective Alexandra Eames : I can think of one person that would make happy.
