This episode introduces us to my favorite experiment of Lilo and Stitch. Belle 248 is my favorite experiment and character and I absolutely love her. But, just because it's my favorite Lilo and Stitch character doesn't mean that this episode is good. Now this episode, Mertle is more annoying than I thought she would be. The scenes where Lilo and the others are telling scary stories are a waste of time. Belle doesn't get enough screen time and Mertle is a complete utter crap. The ending is the best part of the episode. But, the pacing of this episode felt off.
