The Tellman SS ring that Willy shows to the merchant is the correct orientation of a reversed stamp for making impressions on paper. The next time the ring is seen, when the merchant shows it to Hans Tellman (Jim Phelps), the video has been reversed and is incorrect. This would leave an impression on paper showing the symbols backwards.
When Mr. Phelps turns on the tape recorder, it would seem at first glance that the writing on the tape recorder is backwards, indicating a reverse shot. However, upon closer inspection, the tape recorder front panel is simply upside down.
During the attack on the radar base the first soldier "dies" and falls across the center of the road, taking up most of both lanes and blocking the road. When the "raiders" are leaving the base the soldier has moved until his body is in only part of one lane, leaving room for the truck to get by.
Minister of Defence's surname is spelled "Satori" on a door sign, but "Sartori" in the final credits.
During the beginning of the mission, it is explained that the card table felt is coated in an acid to allow their equipment to read the cards played. However, this doesn't explain how it reads face up cards that aren't touching the table, even though it later can be seen that the system does indeed "list" the face-up cards.
