Fat A__?

Warning: Spoilers
We start with Justine, newly in the employ of Richard Cross, talking about some deal that has not been closed yet due to her concerns. He blows up at her and tells her to get the deal done...get her 'fat a__' out of his office or else! I take offense to that as I happen to find Justine somewhat attractive and one of the likable ones in this show. So there. Surprisingly enough we start to see more of the evil Cross reveal himself...

Some trial stuff goes on then we get to see Justine bring some documents for Cross to sign, but he's not in, so she goes in to wait. While there she decides to start going through his files (he probably keeps records of who he (or people he hires) murders in his office). Not a good idea as his office is also videotaped by his own security! Things look to be going from bad to worse for Justine...I know I wouldn't go through Cross's files as just the chance of getting caught does not seem worth it.

Ted's odious wife formally files for divorce.

Next we see Cross on the stand who seems to have some sort of mental breakdown due to all the stress in his life. I think it may have been intentional, just sayin.

For some reason Neil decides it is time to take the stand which his lawyers think is a really bad idea so he goes against their advice. Probably not the best idea he has had. It goes rather well, I guess, although I don't think it helped much.

Then the Justine/Cross affair continues as security shows Cross the tape, etc. He turns out to be more mad at the security guys for waiting to show him the evidence (they waited til she did it at least once more as far as I can tell)! He may indeed be unraveling...she shows up later with her letter of Resignation and he says he is sorry he put her in a choke-hold and offers her a new job/bonus.

Last scene is Cross's ex visiting Ted. She suggests they console each other which he agrees to.
