Sipowicz has a big time toothache that affects his every move. He is also treading softly with Sylvia, the DA he has been seeing. The major case is an assault/rape of a middle aged woman. She can make an ID but is afraid to tell her husband. He is most likely a serial rapist. Meanwhile, there is a new stud on the force who is going after all the attractive women. He's also a loudmouth and his screwup may have jeopardized the rape case.
