The most important case is the apprehension of a serial rapist who brutalizes women. He is also a con man and a welfare cheat. This is what helps lead to finding him. Russell continues avoiding the truth of her own alcoholism and Bobby struggles with this versus his emotional ties. Medavoy makes a last ditch effort to get back to square one.
