- When a prison transport bus crashes as a result of an accident with two other vehicles, some of the prisoners escape. Charlie works with a CHP officer to figure out what happened and he arrives at the conclusion that it was not an accident but staged. Don is worried that one of the prisoners, McDowd is going to go after the witness who helped send him away. An agent who specializes in tracking down fugitives shows up to help Don. But when McDowd kills someone else, they wonder what he is doing. They eventually discover that someone sprung him so that he could take someone out.
