Jimmy you did it again
ChristianP9629 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
JIMMY. Always showing his close-mindedness the first opportunity he gets. And everyone always lets him off like "oh I know you're a good guy Jimmy don't worry about it." Dude seriously needs to reassess his prejudices.

Bobby's case: Between the racist jury, the racist judge, Helen's racist closing, and being on THIS show, that man had no chance. Can't say I was shocked by the verdict.

Decent episode. Nothing too exciting or particularly thought-provoking.

Basset Returns
Hitchcoc27 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Lawyer Basset who has never won a jury trial and, hence, must tell this to all prospective clients, talks Eugene into joining him on a shoplifting case. He does everything to lose. But. In the more significant case, Bobby defends a Pakastani man who sent his adulterous American wife to Pakistan where his brother had her burned alive in an honor killing. The case is quite interesting. Once again, Bobby comes roaring into the Judge's office, spouting venom. I am so sick of that look on his face when he loses. He uses every distraction and maneuver to get people off, but when it's used on him, he acts like a little child. One little subplot has Jimmy judging Ellenor's decision to have a child alone. He is also sickening. She is too forgiving.

Unimpartial jury
specterman6 May 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Normally I would be sickened about all the prejudice in the Court room when you see the prosecution of that Pakistani man. But when you hear how his wife was ruthlessly murdered in Pakistan by his own brother in an honor killing and that he just let him get away with it especially when he could have had him hung it also completely sickened me.

Someone had to pay for that crime so I didn't care that even the Judge was also being prejudice to Bobby's client. So it felt so good to hear the Forman of the Jury say that they all found him Guilty on both counts of murder.

I just wish they would continue to find what punishment was awaiting at his sentencing.
