A pretty cool episode again. The opening bit with the plane crash is one of the best and most exciting of the whole show. The rest is the usual plotting and character betrayals with the addition of a fine pair of femme fatales to the cast: Kate O'Mara and Alexandra Bastedo, both to go on to bigger fame.

Routine but fun

A plane crash sets the Saint on the trail of a counterfeiting gang, which takes him from London to Switzerland. This leads him to the lady known as the counterfeit countess ( played by Kate o Mara.
It's not a great episode, but it's a good watch in the Saint fashion with the usual plethora of fistfights.

The 9 stars are for my enjoyment of the script, and of Roger Moore's enjoyment of the script.
It wasn't a "Wow" episode, but I loved how it clicked along. Yes, "enjoyable" is the word I'd use for this episode... 9 stars of enjoyment.
