Fun story!

Warning: Spoilers
Likeable, well-acted story introducing us to a gifted actor, Dale Robertson, in his main role, Jim Hardie, a troubleshooter for Wells Fargo. He's funny and physical in this 'tale.' He kids with his female costar in a mildly suggestive way. He's like a breath of fresh air in movies and TV, as Dale was a really fine natural actor. As the first reviewer said, the story is an ordinary western, but it's acted in such a lively way by both stars that it's fun to watch. I myself won't forget it, a worthy beginning for a classic TV show, Tales of Wells Fargo.

Routine western story
searchanddestroy-16 June 2016
Do not expect something exceptional, but only a solid and well made western predictable story. A railroad agent is assigned to infiltrate and annihilate an outlaw gang who regularly pulls heists against the trains. So, you see, that's a scheme already shown again and again. Period. But I repeat, everything is very professional and worth viewing for western buffs. Dale Robertson is here at his right place. Good action sequences, for instance the opening robbery one. Unfortunately for me, the copy I purchased was so poor...But the did not prevent me to spend twenty four minutes in a very agreeable way. I will forget it although in a few minutes. Directed by one TV specialist Bernie Girard.
