Why is Marge serving steamed limes for desert?

They certainly would be better than a candy bar but, that still has sugar in it!

Kind of like the story though.

Spoilt by one scene

Marge gets tough against sugar in an episode with the guest voice of Ben Stiller.

For me though it's an episode spoilt by a really off colour scene where Homer is laughing at people with deformities.
