Anne Revere guest stars as Salka Pal-Mir, a woman prime minister of an allied middle eastern country that is conducting key peace negotiations with rebel forces that threaten to overwhelm her government. Unfortunately, she has a weak heart that will fail soon unless she is given a bionic one, which she reluctantly agrees to, but the trip to the operating site is disrupted by a traitor within her inner circle determined to kill her, but not if her personal escort/bodyguard Steve Austin(Lee Majors) has anything to say about it... Good episode with a fine performance by Anne Revere making this one shine bright indeed, with exciting action sequences.

When the female prime minister of Eretz has a heart attack while negotiating a peace treaty with neighboring countries, she is selected to receive the first bionic heart. Steve is assigned to protect her while she is transported to the secret hospital via OSI's mobile field unit where the procedure will take place. This is essential, because the peace process she has initiated with warring factions will surely fail without her.
Anne Revere puts in a standout performance as a female prime minister of a small country in this solid episode that balances serious and thoughtful drama with action and adventure - the last fifteen minutes is exciting with a mini avalanche blocking Steve and his passenger from going through and the villains looking like they got one over the six million dollar man.
