The episode begins with a middle aged woman visiting the hospital being raped by a man in a ski mask. Secondly, Craig allows a film crew to do a documentary on the activities of the St. Eligius staff, but things get out of hand because of their heavy handedness. A significant focus is an autistic boy and the difficulties involved.
