Lt. Leslie was killed in Obsession (1967), but comes back in "Wolf In The Fold" anyway, and hangs around for the rest of the series. (A scene in "Obsession" which would have explained Leslie's survival was scripted but never filmed.)
When Kirk and Spock are travelling to the bridge, the turbo-lift starts going up, and then goes sideways, at which point it deposits them on the bridge. However, the bridge is at the top of the ship on a level of its own; it can only be reached by going up, and there is nothing else to the side from which the turbo-lift can come.
During the trial, the position of Jaris's arms changes from wide shots to close-ups.
McCoy gives everyone on the Enterprise a heavy dose of a sedative, but their reaction is as if they had received a stimulant, such as amphetamines. Had they received a sedative, they would be moving more slowly and possibly be lethargic.
Spock says the people of Argelius II are "as peaceful as sheep", yet their penalty for murder is "death by slow torture". On the other hand, Jaris points out that the penalty is "ancient" and "barbaric" and has "never been changed", while referring to the penalty in the past tense. Once could thus infer that the people of Argelius II have changed since the penalty was last applied.
Scotty's hand shifts position between shots as he is on the witness stand. More, the close-up of Scotty's hand was that of another actor. This was done to conceal the fact that James Doohan's right middle finger was missing, the result of his participation in the 1944 Invasion of Normandy.
Aboard the Enterprise and using the "Truth Computer" before Scott and the other man sit in the chair, they put a tape cassette in the computer. Close ups of the computer working during questioning shows no tape or even a slot for one.
To demonstrate the computer's ability to detect when someone isn't telling the truth, Kirk orders Scotty to lie to him then asks him how old he is. However, since Scotty's age would be a matter of record the computer would already 'know' the correct answer so this is not a valid test.
During the first scene in the briefing room, Kirk refers to Kara as "Tara".
Kirk says, "And you say everyone's had a shot but you and Javis?" The character's name is Jaris.
