When Lwaxana Troi and Mr. Homn first beam aboard, the lights above the transporter pad are on, then are off as she walks down to introduce herself to Captain Picard, then back on again when the shot changes and Picard picks up her luggage.
At 5.17, Picard begins to rise from his chair. The camera angle changes and he rises from further down in his seat than where the other angle left the manoeuvre.
When Deanna says to Mr. Homn "If you're my mother's valet...", she holds the rose in front of her chest, but has it dropped to her side when she finishes "...then please valet!"
The orientation of the picture of stars in Wyatt's quarters.
When Lwaxana Troi transports to the Enterprise, the transporter chief has his arms folded behind his back, but the transporter sound and actual transport happen without him touching anything. But as we all know, beaming IN does not always require the receiving operator to use his controls. They are controlled by the sending operator.
Wyatt gives Deanna a chameleon flower that changes color to reflect the emotions of the person holding it. The flower changes colors when Deanna first accepts it, and at the end of the last scene that shows her holding it. The flower doesn't change colors at any other time, even though Deanna has several changes of emotion.
At 19:07, during a briefing in the Observation Lounge, as Data briefs about the planet Tarella, just after he says that "Tarella was class M, much like your Earth", a page being turned can be heard off-camera.
The transporter crewman is unable to tell Yar and Riker what they are beaming aboard (which ends up being Troi's "wedding gift"). For obvious safety reasons, a starship would not beam anything aboard with identifying it first.
It seems unlikely that in an era where information is readily available (similar to today's Google culture), Wyatt would not have looked up the profile of his future wife, including her photo. Deanna Troi's photo would have been public record, and, of course, since the Millers and the Trois were at one point close friends, it seems unlikely that Deanna Troi's photo would not have appeared over the years, especially with Wyatt's obsession with drawing someone he assumes is her.
Lwaxana identifies Picard as captain, which he initially attributes to her telepathic abilities but which she reasons as being, "Who else would they send to greet me?" Neither party makes note that Picard is in uniform, with his rank clearly displayed. As Mrs. Troi had previously been married to a Starfleet officer, she would have at the very least a passing familiarity with their customs. Further, Picard points out that Deanna has "informed him of your telepathic abilities." As a Starfleet Captain he would know that *all* Betazoids are telepathic.
