- While SG-1 is conducting training exercises for new recruits, Jack gets a call about a "foothold" situation. Wounded by compromised officers, O'Neill must lead the recruits in retaking the SGC.
- It's SG-1's turn to start testing a quartet of Air force cadet prodigies for SGC recruitment. After an imperfect performance by the kids, Sam pleads their potential but Jack is most critical, especially because cadet Lieutenant Grogan was left behind (pretending to be wounded). A new problem arises (aliens try and take over SGC) and the cadets are unsure whether this is staged or not. This time their CO, Lieutenant Elliot, proves himself to be a born leader and gives everything he has to get the job done. They almost seem to have pulled it off until Hailey pulls a "Sam-stunt" which changes the scenario for the worse again.—KGF Vissers
- Col. O'Neill and the other members of SG-1 are testing four young Air Force Lieutenants for possible recruitment into the Stargate program and assignment to an SG team. They are put through various scenarios and generally speaking O'Neill isn't all that pleased with what he's seeing. The prospective recruits are all very keen but they are also prone to making mistakes. In the latest scenario, Lt. Elliot is in command but leaves one of his team behind to what would have been certain death had it not been an exercise. After giving his negative rating, O'Neill receives an urgent call - the SGC has been infiltrated by the Goa'uld. O'Neill and the four recruits are all that is available to stop a complete takeover.—garykmcd
- Colonel O'Neill and Samantha are training four rookie Air Force cadets for the SGC. Out of the blue, aliens take over the SGC and Jack does not have anyone that he can trust but the cadets. He teams-up with the cadets and they enter in the SGC using a hidden exit to rescue Sam. What will happen to the SGC? Will they be capable to avoid the invasion?—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
