Furthermore, since they can speak American, the animals in question--a pack of six alley cats--are regarded by a trio of local businessmen, the neighborhood beat cop and the resident billionaire as equals. This episode does not explain if these verbose felines originated in Outer Space, or were the result of radioactive contaminants or a mad scientist's experiment gone wrong. However, since I did not notice a litter box in the alley or elsewhere in the neighborhood, one can only assume that this precinct would be pretty odoriferous.
