The story line is pretty classic, and one expected, though I liked the ending. I won't mention what happened, but I wasn't expecting the kidnappers ploy of escaping...
I've enjoyed watching Ellen Corby, James Griffith, Gail Kobe, and Norman Leavitt in the episodes, but since Hoby is a Texas Ranger he must leave Porter at some point. After all, it's called "Trackdown" not "Porter..." I'm anxious to see Hoby back on the road, though I wouldn't mind him stoppping in at Porter every now and then to catch up on his friends' lives...
DeForest Kelly did an excellent job as well.
