"A Winter's Coat Tale" served as the fourth season's Christmas episode, Barbarino celebrating the holidays in style by buying himself the perfect gift, an overcoat made of virgin camel hair, costing a cool $118. Wearing his gift with pride, Vinnie even shows up in class in it, instinctively posing like a mannikin in a window (Julie is the exasperated teacher in Gabe's absence). The Sweathogs' Christmas poems are nothing compared to the stampede to escape hearing Horshack's prose, all over Barbarino's new threads. When we next see Vinnie he laments that two hoods ripped off his coat, desperate to find it before it ends up in a Jersey pawn shop. Eventually the two thieves are revealed to be a pair of pint sized brothers, who stole it to put some life back into their old man.
