"Sweathog Back-to-School" kicked off the third season, with a very pregnant Julie attending a surprise party for husband Gabe, reminiscing about his first meeting with the Sweathogs in footage from the pilot. The Sweathogs' attempt to throw a surprise party for Julie in Gabe's absence in "I'm Having Their Baby" is represented, musical bits, impressions of the Marx Brothers, James Cagney, even each other. The clips are well chosen and edited, fast paced and highly enjoyable, showcasing cast members like Debralee Scott, Helaine Lembeck, Dennis Bowen, Vernee Watson, Susan Lanier, Jess Nadelman, Hope Summers, Arnold Soboloff, Jerry Rannow, Laura Zucker, Pat Morita, Susan Pratt, Valerie Curtin, and Harold J. Stone (as Gabe's father). The unnamed blonde is played by Melody Anderson (Dale Arden in the 1980 "Flash Gordon"), in her television debut.
