The song played during the final scene is 1967 hit "Nights in White Satin" by The Moody Blues written by frontman Justin Hayward, but removed from the DVD release.
The song that Sonny Steelgrave sings along to is "Good Lovin'" written by
Rudy Clark and Arthur Resnick that was a number one hit single for The Young Rascals in 1966.
The episode title is a play on the Jim Morrison biography title "No One Here Gets Out Alive," which in turn was titled after lyrics from The Doors' song "Five To One."
Actor Ric Reid plays a featured agent in the ballroom during the Steelgrave takedown. Reid also plays an agent, posing as a repo man, who seized Vinny's big rig, setting Vinny's cover in the Volchek arc. This makes Reid the only bit player to play (supposedly) the same character in both the first arc, and the last.
