And here we have yet another example of this show's lack of attention to detail. I say detail but that's an understatement. They're not details. At this point it's very obvious that it's intentional. It couldn't be anything else. It's the show's creators underestimating (and quite frankly, insulting) the audience's intelligence.
For some inexplicable reason in this episode the government agents don't have their visors by which they can snuff out Zeta. This isn't a detail by any means because Zeta and Ro's plan to get back at Dr. Boyle (and get Zeta's freedom back) doesn't work if the agents see who Zeta is.
This episode is also another example of Zeta's "hologram" not being a hologram at all. In the beginning of the series they establish his changing appearance is a hologram. When you touch Zeta you'd find it because you'd poke through the hologram. But in almost every episode he's in human form touching, carrying and otherwise interacting with objects without exposing himself.
