- A naked female corpse is shown but is so badly disfigured and the scene so dark that is barely visible.
- There's some flirting between a blonde girl and a Pizza Delivery guy.
- There is a scene in the unrated version where a person is in a bikini.
- The blonde girl strips down to her bra and her underwear (that reveals half her butt cheeks), for the Pizza guy. They kiss, but are interrupted by group of boys.
Violence & Gore

- A humanoid alien accidentally kills a man, most likely startled by him.
- Four teenage boys fight in a swimming pool.
- A teenage boy gets killed by a Xenomorph. Blood is seen splashing on a window as the others escape.
- After fighting in a swimming pool, four teenage boys get chased by a Xenomorph, and one of them is killed on-screen. Blood is seen exploded from his head.
- A father gets killed by a Xenomorph on-screen. Not much blood, but his reaction is clearly shown.
- A Predator shoots a man in the head and it explodes on-screen.
- Most of the movie is in very dim lighting, you can barely see anything. The blood is there, it is just hard to see.
- The uncut unrated version is much more gruesome
- Several teens try to escape from aliens. One is killed in a pool (a bloody cloud is seen in the pool) and one nearly makes it but is dragged offscreen and killed. We see blood splatter on a window.
- A teenage girl is pinned to a wall with a disk blade. Blood pours down her body and intestines droop out.
- A teenage boy is impaled through the shoulder but survives.
- During a scene in the hospital, an alien puts his mouth to a pregnant woman, whose water just burst, you can see her throat engorge repeatedly with alien eggs. Later on, she is screaming as her stomach moves uncontrollably. It bursts open and aliens come out. A very bloody and disturbing scene.
- During most of the movie, the aftereffects of the killings are seen, a lot of blood, and dead humans.

- 'Sh*t' is said at least twice.
- A man says "f*ck you" to a woman in front of her young daughter.
- 'D*ckhead' is said.
- 'H*ll' is said at least twice.

- 'Oh my God' and 'Jesus' are said as exclamations.
- 'F*ck' is said about eight times in the R-rated version. 'F*ck' is said about 16 times in the Unrated version.

- People are shown drinking alcohol in a bar scene.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The many on-screen deaths may be difficult for some viewers.
- Many moments which some may find intense as Aliens and/or Predator stalk and attack humans, sometimes suddenly.
- An Alien approaches infants in a hospital. The scene cuts before it is implied what happens but it is a very disturbing scene.
- The early sequence where a man and his son are attacked by Facehuggers is rather disturbing, same case in the later scene where the father and son have the aliens burst out of there chests.

- An alien monster implants its alien embryos into pregnant women.
Violence & Gore
- Baby xenomorphs burst out of a pregnant woman.
- Many shocking kills throughout including children, teenagers and pregnant women.
- The Predator/Xenomorph fight each other. The Predator snaps out the little mouth of the merged species. Blood pukes out of the mouth. The Predator uses its swords to kill the merged species. A plane drops a bomb on them and they both die.
- A Xenomorph is on top of a teen and is about to kill him. The Predator sees this and shoots the Xenomorph in the head with his plasma caster. Acid blood spills from the Xenomorph's head onto the teen, causing his face to melt and dissolve.
- A young boy and his father go hunting. They are attacked by Facehuggers, and the fathers arm is burned off from acid. We see both of their chests burst (very graphic)
- A town is destroyed with a nuclear bomb.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A Predator/Xenomorph impregnates a pregnant woman through the mouth.
- The Alien impregnantes an already pregnant women who later births the aliens graphically out of her pregnant stomach.
