He-Man's secret identity as the clumsy and lazy Prince Adam seems to be getting him down, especially when his father King Randor decides to pick He-Man to escort on his Royal tour. But Prince Adam goes instead. Beastman has been banished from Snake Mountain after constant failures, but he sees a chance to get back in favour with Skeletor, when he kidnaps Randor. Adam wants to give up his alter-ego, but he comes away learning how important it is and he goes on to rescue his father.
"Prince Adam No More" happens to be the 29th episode of Season 1 and one of the more stronger episodes. Stacked onto the Paul Dini's meaty script is a striking moral, which is thought-out reasonably well and naturally portrays its life lesson. While it might have been Adam's show in wanting to prove himself, it's also Beastman's time to shine out of the villainous henchman. Beastman seems to be put in comedy element and this lively outing entertains whenever his on screen. One thing that hit me though. I don't know why it took me until this one, maybe because of the actual context, but how could no one spot Adam has He-Man's sword hidden away somewhere on his back.
