Spike TV has renewed its flagship series Deadliest Warrior for a third season. The 10-episode third season will premiere in Summer 2011. Mack, a Navy Seal and former host and producer of Future Weapons and Weapons That Changed The World, joins the cast for Season 3. He joins series regulars Geoff Desmoulin and Dr. Armand Dorian. Over the first 2 seasons, Deadliest Warrior has averaged 1.6 million viewers.

The network is bringing back the 44 Blue-produced reality show for a third season.
The show simulates famous warriors throughout history doing battle. Next season, former Navy Seal Richard "Mack" Machowicz, the former host and producer of "Future Weapons," also joins the cast.
The show has averaged 1.6 million viewers for its first two seasons. The third round of 10 episodes will debut next summer.

There will be a new Ghost Recon title releasing in the future, specifically in Ubisoft’s 2011 fiscal year. From what we hear, it sounds like it could be very impressive if Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot’s comment holds significant merit:
“The evolution of Ghost Recon will bring a completely new and fresh approach to the shooter genre. The title is so impressive, it has the potential to rival Assassin’s Creed as our biggest game of fiscal year ‘11.”
I’ve been a fan of the Ghost Recon series since they released Advanced Warfighter way back in 2007. The strategic gameplay and impressive graphics certainly resonated with military buffs (like myself) who enjoy seeing what the future of war could be.
