George is finally starting to get the credit he deserves.

I'm not really a big Clooney fan but, I just watched this awards show on AMC, I guess he is justified this after all some of his movies are good. I myself think most of George's movies are either hit or miss but I have enjoyed some of his works, plus he's been in Hollywood awhile so now the success is starting to come and he deserves it. George is not only just an actor, he's a humanitarianism and civil rights guy who fights against the problems in Sudan, and speaks for good for earth matters and AIDS awareness. Too he can be political his best work includes "Syriana" a film he made in 2005 to show how proud he was of Hollywood and he tried to say this film showed that big oil and big government was out of touch with the world. Clooney now an Oscar winner, and seasoned director, is honored in this awards show by speeches, and highlights and clips from his best moments and plenty of laughter is provided by the speakers with him speaking briefly in the end. Highlights are from his mullet days to the current films. And the speakers range from friends and ex co-stars that range from all-stars Julianna Margulies, Noah Wyle, Bonnie Hunt, Salma Hayek, and finally pal Juila Roberts. The 21st annual American Cinematheque award is just fine, with the deserved Clooney as the man honored.
