Visuals: 5 - While there's one or two cool looking fights, most of this episode has to offer is stills during a montage so nothing special there.
Audio: 6 - Hearing Goku's reaction to Tien's wrong doings gets me fired up for their fight. Plus a montage with the Tenkaichi theme is always welcome.
Plot: 6 - More prelims and not much more. The only real thing of note is that Tien gives you a real reason not to like him.
Overall this episode is pretty much just an extension of the last one. If you cut out the scenes with Bulma you could probably slice the last episode into this one and save everyone 15 minutes. That being said, I enjoyed this episode enough.
